Merit Health Medical Group Welcomes New Cardiologist

Hattiesburg – Merit Health Medical Group welcomes Daniel J. Skarzynski, M.D., as a new cardiologist. He will join interventional cardiologist Viral Lathia, M.D., in the Cardiology clinic located at 5003 Hardy Street, Tower B in Hattiesburg.
Skarzynski earned a bachelor of science from Yale University in New Haven, Conn. and completed medical school at Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Ill. He also completed fellowships in both cardiovascular disease and invasive and interventional cardiology at Feinburg School of Medicine.
Skarzynski is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, and the American Board of Internal Medicine in both internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
